Membership is open to practicing Muslims, 23 years of age or older, who are sincerely pursuing marriage within a reasonable timeframe.
Applicants must provide truthful and accurate information. Verification of credentials and background is part of the process.
Divorced individuals may apply once at least one year has passed since finalization of their divorce. If children are involved, their presence must be disclosed during the application process.
We provide a matrimonial service designed to connect Muslim families for the purpose of marriage.
Our role includes background verification, facilitating introductions, and offering guidance grounded in Islamic principles.
While we work diligently to help families find appropriate matches, we do not guarantee a successful marriage outcome, nor do we control the preferences of other families.
Members must remain truthful in their applications and keep us informed of significant changes such as relocation, career adjustments, or family circumstances.
Respectful communication with other families is essential at every stage.
If a member marries—whether through our platform or elsewhere—we kindly request notification so records can be updated.
Information shared through this platform is strictly confidential. Members must not circulate photographs, profiles, or family details outside their immediate household.
Conversations and family meetings are to remain private and treated with discretion. Preserving dignity and trust is central to our mission.
Members may withdraw from the platform at any time by submitting a written request.
We reserve the right to remove members who provide false information, violate these terms, or act in ways inconsistent with Islamic etiquette and mutual respect.
Upon marriage, we encourage members to inform us so the community may celebrate their success.
Concerns regarding the service should be raised directly with our administrative team. We aim to address issues fairly and promptly.
If disputes arise between families, our role is limited to guidance and mediation. The ultimate resolution rests with the families involved.
Noble Matrimonial operates under the laws of the State of California. Any legal matters arising from use of this platform shall be handled within California courts.
Our responsibility ends once families are introduced. Direct relationships and decisions that follow are managed independently by the families.
Updates to these Terms & Conditions may occur as needed. Significant changes will be communicated via email and reflected on this page, along with an explanation of the adjustments.
